Z-POINT is a small game about crawling through offices

Press start/enter to begin.

You need to get to the top of the screen to get to the next floor/level. There are guards and cameras on the way, and if any of them realise you're there, they'll sound the alarm and it's game over.

You have six special moves you can use to avoid that — some affect the whole screen, some you have to aim by holding down the fire button; some are EMP for cameras, others knock out or distract guards.

But each move needs a certain hand of dice — you can have five dice at a time and if they're all the same you can use smoke bombs. If your dice are no good, you have to throw some away and pick up new ones.

You can run past a lot of the enemies if you're fast, but it's a high-risk strategy, and if you do clear out all the guards and cameras, you can take time to build a good inventory of dice to carry into the next level.

As the levels go on, there are fewer dice and more enemies. How far can you get?

(The name is partly a reference to Gunpoint but this game has no guns, and it's partly a reference to Zero Punctuation, since this game contains both Yahtzee and crosshairs.)

There is no game to play? Just a bait for donation? Weird.

excuse me what, there's absolutely a game

could be you missed the "press start to begin" text in the description though, i had that on the title screen then it got lost in a redesign and i can't put it back because the uploads are locked during ratings?

To be fair, I didn't try other browsers. Maybe Chrome just failed to load it properly? When I run the game, it loads a still image that when clicked, just opened in fullscreen. Was weird :(

Edit: OH I SEE. I have to press Enter on the keyboard! I can't get past the controls screen now though.

this is going to blow your mind but did you try pressing enter on the keyboard again

Lmao, yeah I did :P After a few refreshes of the browser, it worked. I think the issue is once you fullscreen it, the input didn't work for some reason.

Ah! Oh, that's interesting, I will take a look at that. Thanks!
